Annette Michelle Brown

Annette Michelle Brown, precious daughter of Squire and Freda Brown, peacefully departed this life on July 16, 2021, at Cedar Village of Mason, OH. Born June 28, 1968, in Seattle, WA, she was Friday’s Child, loving and giving, a treasured gift to her parents. Annette grew up in a loving home, and enjoyed many activities from Girl Scouts to Wayne HS choir to Kirkmont Presbyterian Church Camp. Through her lifetime of participation in the Presbyterian Church she grew in wisdom and understanding. Annette excelled in academic studies, leading to graduation from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, and then she proceeded to a successful professional career. Annette’s last assignment was with the Intelligrated Division of the Honeywell Corporation of Mason, OH. Annette was preceded in death by her mother, Freda Crawford Brown. She is survived by her father, Squire Brown of Centerville, OH, by her brother Christopher of Monroe, OH, by her uncle Max (Margaret) Brown of Westlake Village, CA, by her aunt Sue (Roger) Yackel of Gainesville, VA, and by cousins Mark (Elizabeth) Yackel and Kate (Kevin) Fellin. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 24th, at 11am at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, arrangements by Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home of Mason, OH, with Rev. Kevin Stainton of Heritage Presbyterian Church officiating. Memorial contributions to Diabetes Dayton (www.diabetesdayton.org) will be appreciated.
