It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce E. Rowland, a cherished resident of Mason, who left us peacefully on September 6, 2025.
Bruce was a father to his daughter, Brandy (Vince) Berry. He was a grandfather to his grandson, Michael. As a brother, Bruce left behind his sister, Sherry (John) Harris, an uncle to his nieces Jennifer (Scott) and Sara, as well as a great uncle to his nephew, Tyler.
Though he was preceded in death by his parents, Charles F. Rowland and Daisy M. Rowland, Bruce’s spirit continues to shine brightly through the memories he created with his loved ones.
Bruce began his journey in Georgesville, OH, into his teenage years where he later settled in Mason, where he became a respected and admired member of the community.
A lifelong mechanic, Bruce took great pride in owning Certified Auto Repair, a business he operated with both dedication and integrity. His passion for cars, particularly Chevrolet El Caminos, was matched only by his commitment to assisting others in keeping their vehicles in top shape.
Outside of work, Bruce embraced life to the fullest. An avid golfer, he competed in numerous tournaments and proudly earned the title of GE Men's Champion multiple times. He cherished moments spent bowling, fishing, and enjoying the company of family and friends.
Bruce was also a proud member of the Mason Masonic Lodge since 1976, where he found cherished friendships and support among his peers.
Bruce E. Rowland will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for his zest for life, competitive spirit, and unwavering work ethic. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched and in the countless memories that will forever bring smiles.
May he rest in peace, knowing he was loved beyond measure.
