Debby L. Mount born in Mason, OH on November 16, 1949 passed away on February 2. 

Debby will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those who knew her. While her independence and stubbornness were well known, the lessons we have learned from her strength and resilience will live on in each of us. 

She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and iconic laughter that will ring forever in the hearts of all who knew her. 

Debby leaves behind her loving partner Don, her daughters Angie and Beth (Ryan), nephew Jeff (Katy), nieces Traci (David), Shawn (Fred). Her former husband Chris (Wendy). Don’s daughter Kim and Son, Scott. Sister Christy (David) along with so many other family, friends, loved ones and pets.

She is preceded in death by her father Vernon, mother Geneva, sisters Becky and Nicki. 


The family of Debby will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - 400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.   A second visitation will take place at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home on Saturday, February 10, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 11:00 AM.
