Smith, Edwin Morrison- Devoted husband of the late Nancy Jean (Easter) Smith. Loving father of Jennifer Reed and Brad (Meghan) Smith. Dear granfather of Daniel Rowe, Kaitlyn Reed, Jacob Reed, Joshua Reed, Ian Smith,Eli Smith and Abe Smith. Loving brother of Eric (Debra) Smith, Peggy (Vernon) Stone and Pauline (the late Denny). Longtime Mason resident passed away March 17, 2013 at age 71. Ed was a Mason school bus driver for 10 years, 3 time president of Mason-Deerfield Township Fire Auxiliary , Scout Master and enjoyed guns, cars and his grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Shorten & Ryan Funeral Home 400 Reading Rd., Mason, Ohio on Thursday March 21, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. with Mason Masonic Lodge #678 F. & A.M. Blue Lodge service at 7:30 pm.Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Friday March 22, 2013 at 11:00 am.
