Joanne E. Rapp (nee Young), born May 24, 1928, passed away August 6, 2017. Joanne is survived by her beloved children Kathy Goetsch, Cheryl (Roger) Silz, Denise (Robert) Smith, and Patty (Dan) Evans, cherished grandchildren Pamela (Mike) Mearns, Aaron (Reinee) Goetsch, Karyn (John) Woods, Nathan (Theresa) Smith, Tim (Amy) Smith, Amanda (Billy) Rutledge, Ashley (Jonathan) Vinson, and Zach Evans, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by loving husband G. Robert Rapp, son in law Glenn Goetsch, and brothers Richard Young and Donald Young. The family of Joanne will be receiving friends for a visitation at Mason Christian Village (411 Western Row Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Thursday August 17, 2017 from 10:00 AM - 12 Noon with a funeral service to follow beginning at 12 Noon. Donations may be made in honor of Joanne to the Mason Christian Benevolent Fund or Crossroads Hospice.
