Kathleen Pitman

Kathleen Pitman, born July 2, 1936 to the late Garfield and Audie McFarland, passed away August 21, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.  Loving wife of the late Dallon Pitman, beloved mother of Sheila Vearil and the late Angie Ross, adored grandmother of Carrie (Tish) Johnson, J.R. (April) Vearil, Clinton Vearil, Mandy Pierce, Jessica (Alex) Hazell, Derringer Ross, the late Chance Pierce, and dear great-grandmother of Tidus Vearil, Tegan Vearil, Haidyn Myers, Skylar Chronopoulos, Liam Matthews, Rowan Pierce, and Harley Pierce.  The family of Kathleen will be receiving friends and family for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home – 400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040, on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 11:00 AM – 12 Noon, with a funeral service beginning at 12 Noon.  A procession to Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, Ohio will take place immediately following the service.
