TARTER, Lela (nee Fletcher)- Loving wife of 58 years of James A. Tarter. Devoted mother of Naomi C. Tarter, James T. (Sherylon) Tarter, Mark S. (Sandra) Tarter and Cheryl A. (Michael) Smith. Dear sister of Donald Fletcher and Chastine Townsend. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Lela was a floral designer and enjoyed making designer cakes. She passed away Sunday, August 25, 2014 at age 74. Her family will receive friends at Cincinnati Primitive Baptist Church, 128 Parkway Ave., Cincinnati (Hartwell), Ohio 45216 on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 9:30AM until time of service at 11:30AM.
