Leona Byrthald Todd

Born February 7, 1926 in Elliotsville, Kentucky to the late Virgil and Gladys Black, passed away surrounded by loved ones on December 13, 2022.  Loving wife, married 55 years to the late Charles Eugene Todd, beloved mother of Ranae (the late Floyd), Gary (Sally), Venita (Rico), Toni, and the late Thorold (surviving spouse Lynn), cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, caring foster mother of many, and dear sister of 3 whom preceded her in death.  Leona was someone who did not know a stranger and made anyone she met feel welcome.  She loved flowers, animals, and spending time with her family. The family of Leona will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - 400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040 on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 11:00 AM.  Interment will take place immediately following the service at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason.
