Lucy "Sis" Owens

Lucy "Sis" Owens, of West Chester, Ohio, born March 20, 1923, passed away March 23, 2018.  Beloved wife of the late Russell R. Owens, cherished mother of Barney (Bea) Owens and Glenda Owens, loving sister of Clara Jones, the late Earnest Price, the late Harold Price, the late Shannon Meece, and the late Betsy Blanton, cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren, great-grandmother of 12 great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandmother of 3 great-great-grandchildren.  The family of Sis will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - Mason (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a funeral service to follow on Monday, March 26, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM.
