Mary Rader

March 26, 1928 — February 19, 2016

Mary E. Rader, nee Browne, 87, Mason, daughter of Charles Browne and Edna McGinnis, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Daniel L. Rader, and their 5 children, Michael (Sharon), David (Mary), Susan (Richard), John and Charles (Beverly); 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Along with her husband, she was very involved for over fifty years in service to St. Susanna Church in Mason including Peace and Justice Commission, Cursillo, Christ Renews His Parish, Retrouvaille, Eucharistic Minister, Mass Coordinator, Lindner Center of Hope-Spiritual Care, Marriage Preparation and Sacramental Preparation. For over twenty-five years she accompanied her husband, Deacon Dan, in his diaconate ministry.

Funeral arrangements: Visitation on Friday, February 26, 2016 at St. Susanna Church from 6-8 p.m. and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to a mass of Christian burial which will take place on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Susanna Church (Mason). Internment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either St. Susanna Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason, Ohio 45040; or the Ursulines of Brown County, Sr. Agatha Fitzgerald, Development Office, 20860 State Route 251, St. Martin, Ohio 45118.
