Mildred Freeze
August 18, 1925 — June 11, 2017
Mildred Freeze, nee: Clark, born August 18, 1925 died peacefully in her sleep June 11, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded by her parents, James L and Laura Clark and her late husband of 70 years, Paul M. Freeze of Mason, Ohio. She was also pre-deceased by 9 siblings. Mildred was a life long resident of Mason, Ohio and loved gardening, quilting, reading, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her sister Jane Armstrong, her 3 children Gregory (Chaeran) Freeze of Boston, MA., Judy (Terry) Cummins of Liberty Township, OH., and Tim (Donna) Freeze of Charlotteville, VA. Also, she is survived by 6 grandchildren, Jay, Jennifer, Katherine, Christopher, Sebastian, and Natalia, as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Ben, Emily, Jeremy and many nieces and nephews. While we mourn her passing, we rejoice that she will be with our Dad in heaven. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Southern Ohio Hospice Care Center. The family will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-Mason (400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040) on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:00 PM.
