Pamela Stamper, born June 15, 1952, passed away surrounded by loved ones on April 27, 2020. Beloved mother of Tony Stamper and the late James Anthony Stamper, cherished sister of Diane Davidson, Karen Kinchell, the late Larry (surviving spouse Shirley) Howard, and survived by many nieces and nephews. The family of Pamela will be having a graveside funeral ceremony on Friday, May 1, 2020, beginning at 10:30 AM.
