Sam Malcolm Johnson, born June 16, 1980, passed away September 29, 2017. Sam is survived by his loving parents Sam and Karen Johnson, dear siblings Jeremy Johnson and Melissa Fields, cherished grandparents Ethel (Phelp) Fields, Virgle Gilbert, and Malcolm Johnson, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by loving wife Brenda Johnson, dear grandparent Altin Fields. Sam enjoyed to hunt, fish, and ride 4 wheelers. The family of Sam will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - Mason (400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040) on Monday, October 2, 2017 from 11:00 AM - 1:30 P M with a funeral service to follow beginning at 1:30 PM.
