Sharon Ann Dugan

Sharon Dugan, December 7, 1964 - January 28, 2024

Miamisburg, Ohio

Sharon Ann Dugan was the oldest child of Mary Caroline Dugan and John Patrick Michael Dugan.   She graced this world with her powerful presence on December 7, 1964.  She left us on January 28, 2024 with her daughter by her side after a herculean war with illness.   Her motto was "Battle to the end and never give up" - something she lived each day.  Despite her health struggles, she pushed those around her to not only be their authentic selves, but also to embrace the challenges that they faced.  The last few years were spent caring for family, caring for her fur "grandbabies", and helping her daughter make New Miami Drama Club's dreams come true each year.  She always said her family, especially her 'children,' were her reason for living and continuing the battle.  She is survived by her siblings Patrick Dugan, John Dugan,and Traci Mockbee; by her brother-in-law, Dave Mockbee; by her daughter Elizabeth Dugan; by her nephews/"sons" Jacob Dugan and Tyler Dugan; by her niece/"daughter-in-law" Haley Dugan; and her great nephew and niece Callum and Elsie Dugan.  She is also survived by her horde of "kids" met through the years helping with the New Miami Drama Club, her fur 'grandbabies' Professor Lupin and Spicy Nugget Callisto.  In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to continue to spread positivity and love.  Go out and be the reason someone smiles or feels loved today.
