Wilma Watson

Wilma Jean Watson (nee Asbery), born August 20, 1941 to the late John and Mable Asbery, passed away on November 24, 2022.  Cherished mother of Mark Lee Watson, Donna Marie Walker, and the late Jennifer Gail Wright, beloved GG of Carissa Watson, Cassandra Watson, Amanda Watson, Patty Watson, Greg Watson, Paul G. Watson, Maria (Brett) Springs, Brayden, Brylee, Braxton, Brenna, Benjamin, Jacob, John, Braxton Gorden, and adopted honorary grandson Antonio Dean Matlock, and dear sister of Joanne Holt, and the late Leroy Asbery, Garnett Asbery, and Alda Faye Asbery.  The family of Wilma will be receiving friends and family for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home - 400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040 on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 12 Noon.  A funeral service will take place following the visitation at 12 Noon.  A procession to Wilma’s final place of rest will follow the service at Rose Hill Cemetery - 171 S. Mason-Montgomery Rd., Mason, OH 45040.
