James A. Brotherton Sr.

James A. Brotherton Sr., born March 13, 1931, passed away December 7, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Joella Brotherton (nee Noakes), dear father of James Brotherton Jr., Michael (Nora) Brotherton, and the late Thomas (Connie) Brotherton, cherished grandfather of Shannon Brotherton, Stephen Brotherton, Sarah Eytcheson, Amy Ferguson, Dillon (Heather) Brotherton, John Brotherton, great-grandfather of 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.  The family of James will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home (400 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040) on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM.  A funeral service will take place beginning at 1:00 PM with a burial at Jame's place of rest, West Chester Township Cemetery immediately following.
