Margaret Reynolds

June 17, 1924 — February 28, 2022

Margaret Alice Reynolds was called to Heaven on Monday, February 28, 2022 at the age of 97.

Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her two sons Barry (Vicki) Reynolds and Stephen Reynolds, her grandchildren Holly (Dustin) Werden, Kelly (Keith) Mazuk, Brian (Kimberly) Reynolds, Kevin Reynolds, Tania Phillips, and Christopher (Jessica) Stephenson, her 13 Great-Grandchildren and her 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Haywood and Bennie McDonald of
Nashville, TN, her siblings Charles McDonald and Corinne Maxwell, her husband of 33 years, Donald A Reynolds, her daughter Donna Stephenson and her grandson Jeffrey Stephenson.

Born on June 17, 1924 Margaret led a beautiful and fulfilled life. She was preceded in death by her father, Haywood and her mother Bennie, who sadly passed away during Margarets childbirth.

Her siblings Charles and Corinne were raised by her father, Haywood, while Margaret was raised by her Aunt Ball and Uncle Leebob on their family farm in Hartsville, TN. She married her husband of 33 years Donald A Reynolds of Booneville, KY in 1945 until he unexpectedly passed in 1979. Margaret went on to raise their three children: Donna, Barry and Steve in Loveland, OH. Margaret lovingly stood by Donna's side and helped care for her family until she sadly lost her battle with cancer in 1997. Margaret has resided in the same apartment complex for 42 years along with three of her closest friends:  Annetta, Ruby and Ruth. Their memories were endless while growing old together off Deerfield Road. She enjoyed her time working at Christian Village at Mason Assisted Living Center, as well as being an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and never missed a Reds game. Aside from her many attributes, Margarets truest legacy was lived out in the way she loved her family, something she reminded us of until her final breath was taken. Even though Margaret will be greatly missed, we are comforted in knowing she is reunited for eternity with so many loved ones, in the abundance of His glory.

Margaret will be laid to rest near her husband, daughter and grandson with a private burial at Rose Hill Cemetery on Friday, March 4th, 2022. A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date this summer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Queen City Hospice. Queen City Hospice had a profound impact during Margaret's last days and for that the family is forever grateful.
