Thomas Reed Nitzsche, Jr., born June 26, 1965 to the late Thomas and Bonnie Nitzsche, passed unexpectedly June 18, 2021. Beloved father of Brandon Thomas Nitzsche and Sabian Reed Nitzsche, dear brother of Christopher (Amy) Nitzsche, and loving grandfather of Isla Cornelia Nitzsche. Thomas was passionate about music. He started the bands El Dorado, Del Rio, and Southern Star. He loved listening to southern rock, most of all, Molly Hatchett. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home (400 Reading Rd., Mason, Oh 45040) from 12 Noon until 1:00 PM, with a service to follow beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at Arlington Memorial Gardens (2145 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231) on July 6, 2021 at 2:30 PM.
